We can set up for 6 mo intervals, but if a pt came in last aug '19 and dec '19, then the recall will mark them as due in june bc of the dec date when, in reality, they're not due until aug '20. And they can't be put on for a 1 yr recall bc they're actually needing to be seen every 6 mos. (Or we could shoot united healthcare whose fault this is...just saying)

They are due, but the insurance won't pay for the June appointment because of their frequency policy is what I meant to say. oops
