Predeterminations were to be fixed two upgrades ago. Cannot successfully send secondary claims electronically. Dentrix prints the primary information on the secondary.

Add boxes to claims submission information to decrease resubmission rates.

Insurance companies seem to miss the narrative in the remarks box. Add boxes into (Ledger> Claim (batched)>Claim Information). Examples of boxes to add: X-rays attached box (almost always have to resubmit with same x-rays stating in narrativ...
