Insurance companies seem to miss the narrative in the remarks box. Add boxes into (Ledger> Claim (batched)>Claim Information).
Examples of boxes to add:
X-rays attached box (almost always have to resubmit with same x-rays stating in narrative remarks box (see x-ray attached).
Arch or Area box (for Occlusal guard, even though it is specified in narrative remarks box).
