Clinical Notes button added to toolbar

Please add the Clinical Notes button to the toolbar in the Appointment Book. When a patient's appointment is selected, we can click on the Clinical Notes button in the toolbar and quickly and conveniently open and read the clinical notes.

Be able to open and read all clinical notes on one view page
