I totally agree moving forward with paperless sure helps with this suggestion.

In Oklahoma we are no required to check a PMP prior to prescribing CII drugs, this would be so helpful in make a not that we have ran a report on the patient.

Having this feature of RX transferring directly to clinical notes would save a lot of time and duplicate work.

I wish easy dental offers Prescription detail can be auto loaded to Clinical note and show on chart display section. So that I do not have to type the long words which is already in the system. Please consider this idea and put in next update. Thanks Dr Don Lee Louisburg

Have the option (similar to the medical alerts option) to copy to clinical note. Also have a spot to select if the Rx was called in and a space to allow a pharmacy name to be designated. This woudl be wonderful!

Currently, when setting a Procedure code complete, there is an option to copy any default notes into the Clinical Notes. It would be helpful if this same option applied to Prescriptions. I've had to send copies of clinical notes to MDs who are pain management and have to reprint the scripts as part of the notes. I have templates set up for most Rxs that I will write that can be placed in Clinical Notes but this would save a step and serve as a reminder to modify the Rxs in clinical notes as needed.

It would be helpful if when you "write" a prescription it automatically makes a clinical note. Also when you set an appointment complete & it posts to the ledger it would be great if it also created a clinical note.
