The Dentrix Ledger is used so much but it doesnt have a right click option on the mouse? It would be faster checking transaction links to insurance, procedures, payment, by selecting from a right click function rather than going up into the menu bar to highlight links, i use this button the most of all buttons. another would be adding the views (to switch between patients), another would be adding the options section in the right click
