I am getting claims rejected when the ADA code specifically asks for an arch of the mouth due to there is not a place to enter in which arch it was in the procedure code set up. We need the oral cavity codes added

I have been having to go to our electronic claims and putting the oral cavity codes in. I have been doing this for a while now. Our office manager is now having the same issues and has to send it to our electronic claims and then print it out to fax it. A lot of steps for something that should be so simple. Please get this taken care of as soon as possible!!
