Notes should populate when hovering over specific teeth In Odontogram

The problem: When looking at the odontogram, I get frustrated when I see a "watch" (or any other condition) on a tooth and am given no other infomration about this condition. I need to scroll through the progress notes, find the condition, and click on the entry in order to open the notes associated with that specific condition or diagnosis.

The suggested solution: The doctor should be able to stay within the odontogram when reviewing conditions. I suggest that the notes written for each condition pop up in a text box when you click on or hover over it on the odontogram.

This is specifically helpful for visual learners and would expedite my periodic oral examinations.

YES! It takes too long to find the notes on the "watch" we placed!! This is 2025 and it needs to happen ASAP!

I believe being able to see relevant Watch notes when clicking the Watch icon would be an excellent addition!
