When performing oral cancer screens it would be GREAT to create a visual record of things like benign fibromas or amalgam tattoos that pts have had for years so we don't have to either KEEP asking or refer to previous clinical notes. Additionally, we could document new lesions and have them indicated on the chart VIEW so we can quickly reference whether a lesion has previously existed or if it is new.
