In the clinical notes, the only place that you can do a soft tissue/ tmj exam in in the templates. It is very combersome. It would be great to have an icon on the chart that would pull up a soft tissue exam form with picture of mouth to check off within normal limits, or write in pathology. Ideally this would populate the clinical notes so that it would not have to be rewritten. THIS IS A HUGE MISSING PIECE OF A CLINICAL EXAM AND A HYGIENE EXAM!!!

any way to easily chart pathology with the click of one button would be fantastic. going through all chart notes is very cumbersome and not realistic when a button could be added. thank you for any help!
Tip - we use "chart notations" to draw a red * for pathology, then describe in in the notes; also use "chart notations" for drawing a "C" "P" for jaw click/pop or "T" for tori, etc.
