I'm surprised it's not possible to edit the questionnaire templates used to build patient forms. I would like to be able to change the verbiage used, eliminate parts of templated sections, and include If/then functions for long lists of questions. For example, if a patient doesn't snore, they shouldn't then have to answer 4-5 questions about the severity of their snoring.
