When adding a new item in the Health history set up

When adding a new item in the Health history set up Cog , we do not want the option to change the form in the questionnaire. Only Admin should be able to update and charge the questionnaire form.

The Questionnaire is our template of the patient chart. Allowing all employees to amend the questionnaire template thru the health history set up cog gives them rights to change the patient chart template. Even though they do not have the rights in the questionnaire set up . Please contact me for further questions.
