THIS USE TO BE AN OPTION. When an existing patient needs to update their health history instead of being able to log in select that form you now have to scroll through every page, all the forms. It use to list the forms, you could then select needed form and update where needed. Scrolling through all forms is a VERY MUCH A WASTE OF TIME!
