A way to show if an insurer/plan only accepts paper claims or electronic claims
We have run into several plans recently that either only accept paper claims in mail or only accept electronically submitted claims. It would be nice to have a box to check that designates if claims can only be submitted in a certain way.
If there's no Payor ID in the insurance file, there's no way to send the claim electronically. If you try to send it, the system alerts you that you cant and you have to print it.
