We needed help with the monthly reports not generating correctly and when we called today, we were met with an automated answering service which is horrible. It drones on and on and asks why we're calling and then a rep comes on and asks again what we need. Why is the automated asking if the rep is just going to ask the same question? This system is so inefficient. So were the two reps. We have patients in the office and do not have time for immature attitudes and egos.
