When a patient is charged out and a prompt is made for a Clinical note, it should auto default to the provider it was charged out under. For example, if a patient gets whitening and it is Post/Set Complete under D03, the Clinical note should we autoset to be written under D03. This would clean up the Missing Clinical Notes report and make it way easier to actually know which notes are missing.
