When we bought an iTero we saw that Dentrix had the DDX to support digital prescriptions. Before that, we used Lab Manager to the full capacity. We were extremely disappointed that nobody told us that once you switched to DDX the Lab Manager could not be used anymore. If I had known that, I would not be using DDX today. I have requested so many times for this change and probably I am the only customer in the country who uses DDX. I know several offices that have a digital scanner and do not use DDX because of this matter. It is hard to believe that an integration is hard to do between these 2 programs. I believe that if you develop this feature in Dentrix you will have more customers joining it. However, the customer service for DDX needs to get better. Every time we have an issue, we have to wait a long time and Dentrix does not have enough people that understand the program. I really hope you can take a look into this.
We are having the same issue. We still use lab tracker but have to de-select DDX from Practice appointment set up multiple times a day. A third party should not be able to change our Dentrix settings!!
