I have had several ins. companies that have the same subscriber info but the benefits are different for a spouse or child. No way to do in dentrix currently
We've had the same issue for years. Insurance benefits need to be standard across the entire USA. All of this "we'll pay on a fluoride if you stand under a willow tree in the middle of a shallow pond and chant up at the moon for three minutes while patting your head" business has got to stop! I don't think there's a dental software that's been invented that can keep up with this nonsense!
