We must continue to rely on the paper Dental Insurance Claim Aging Report in order to avoid swimming through an unspeakable amount of pre-authorizations, to isolate specific providers, and to quickly address aged claims in >90 day then 61-90 day aged ranges. Time is money!
Currently we have to search and open EVERY SINGLE CLAIM to see when the last time the claim had been worked since the last update. Whereas before, the paper report would provide the date of the last update. The new version is INEFFICIENT and INEFFECTIVE. In order to see what MUST be worked, we have to print the detailed report which makes a 3 page report into a 30 page report. Where is the Dentrix CADRE with TRUE CLINICAL Experience at? This suggests that the Clinical expertise at Dentrix HQ is outdated and irrelevant if this is the product of the future.
