Not all offices are on time in sending claims/ billings and entering insurance payments and we are one of them; we are really behind in entering and checking any missing insurance payments. We need the Insurance Aging report to allow us to set the time range for Date of service for the report so we can check claims in a small specific time period instead of the 50 pages report showing that we have open claims from July last year to Feb this year (current time is May) while we know that we only enter the payment up to July last year. Please update it asap. We don't want to waste paper to print 50 pages and waste time going through 50 pages all the time. Also, we were able to run the report for the short period of time range like that before in the previous Dentrix version but not anymore ( I like the old version better)
