When printing aging report it always prints to the first patient EVER seen at the office which after two years, we like to write off any of those past balances. We would like to be able to adjust the dates on the reports for the current year or 6 months so then we are still able to fight insurance and/or collect from patients that have balance in a decent amount of time.
