It would be helpful for a balance to begin aging the date the claim is paid/closed, so that we can filter our collections manager appropriately when we're calling patients. Also, patients wouldn't see a statement balance showing over 60 or 90 days when their secondary insurance just paid or there was a back end issue with their claim.
