Would be nice to be able to select to include account detail for the prior 60 or 90 days. the average insurance take 45 days to process a claim and patients often need more than 1 statement. On additional statements it would be nice to have more than the balance forward. I am currently attaching a separate letter explaining where the balance is coming from. very time consuming.
