The clinical notes are automatically setup to be created under the patient's Prov1 in their family file, which we honestly weren't aware of or concerned about until the signature manager came about. Now, we have 'missing signature' under our hygienists when all of the notes were created under the doctor.
An update to have the clinical note created under the user logged in is necessary.
