Currently, users are required to select patient first through family file to get access to icon actions within questionnaires (otherwise, it will prompt provider list). The icons should not exist within questionnaires tab if they require an additional step (requiring family file prompt first). So, either the icons should be applicable directly within questionnaires OR removed from display bar with questionnaires all together. Removing inapplicable icons will clean up the task bar appearance within questionnaires window. Having icons there that you cannot use can be an eye sore and cause confusion for someone new to Dentrix software. Ideally, the icons currently displayed within questionnaires window should be applicable with no additional steps.
