We needed our covid questionnaire moved to our Patient Files. I clicked on document center and then clicked on Screen Capture and hoovered over the questionnaire. It then transferred to the document center. I did rename the file before saving it. We would love a way for Dentrix to automatically save this to the patient file as well as any other completed questionnaires that appear in the document center.
