It looks like Microsoft has updated Outlook resulting in a break of some functionality when sending a document from Dentrix Doc Center.
When I send a Doc from Doc Center, Outlook opens an Outlook message window, and I can fill out text in the message body, and add a signature.
However, when I send the email, Outlook is stripping the message text that was entered. Or, I suspect, the Send is dropping the message body portion of the email.
This behaviour only occurs when using Send from Document Center.
Occurs in both Windows 10 and 11, multiple PCs affected. Have to manually save the document and attach now as a workaround. This slows down productivity.
