It would be very helpful to have the office name show up on the request text messages the patient receive. This will properly identify practice to avoid charge backs and variances. Also please add reason for bill for example: "past due, family balance, claim not paid, claim denied, missed/declined payment, etc." Thank you in advance! We are a very busy practice and do not have time to call each patient that we are sending a request to pay to.

I get call after call with pt's stating it looks like spam. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change the format!!

I have also had offices request this, the current text states "Your dental provider". In the day and age we are in, a lot of patients may think this is a scam text. Offices would like to AT LEAST have the doctor/practice name in the text message instead of the generic message.
