Dentrix Ideas

I have had a recall on posts that I have placed for 3 years. The post are breaking and dentrix does not have an option to print a report for a procedure so I can notify patients. As it stands I will have to review my 3000 patient charts manually to find my patients. I pay a regular support fee but haven't seen any usefully innovations in my decade of using the program. All dentrix competitors offer this, but the conversion is too expensive to switch. Unless I am missing something in the reports there is no easy way to care for my patients.
