Excuse me if this is a redundant topic. I am new to this site and to Dentrix. Recently wanted to run a simple report...insurance carrier production report. I thought this was a very simple, standard report to run, nothing complicated. Yet I'm told the tool used to run this report was not included in the latest update of the software so that is not a report that is available. Mind blown! I have had more experience with Eaglesoft and finding such a report in that software was quite easy and accessible. Didn't think for a second a dental software worth anything would not be able to produce a report like this. I told support that's like selling me a car only to take away the steering wheel after I've paid for it. Really unbelievable in my experience. I use and pay for a dental software for many reasons, one of which is to be able to run reports like this one at any time and have information about my practice at my finger tips. This helps me run a healthy, stable practice. If I can't see production, collection, accounts receivable, patient, or insurance reports I am blind. Would luv know who thought this was a good idea.
