currently only 4 selections: Phone call, reminder, miscellaneous, HIPAA privacy. we never use "HIPAA or reminder" It'd be nice to have identifiers like: email, text, specialist, 3rd party, etc so at a glance, easier to locate relevant journal note without having to click and open up the entire entry description.
