We use the Appointment Description line to manually enter the patient's recommended recare frequency (example - 6m). We also use this to put more info for general codes (example - specifying what type of mouth guard) When we have to change the procedures in an appointment, Dentrix automatically removes the info we entered manually. We would like to have it leave the info that was entered manually, so that only the procedure information changes.
