currently you can post a payment and adjustment for any amount. sometimes double adjustments are posted in error. Dentrix should not allow you to post payments and adjustments on claims that total more than 100% of the billed amount. This should consider both the primary and secondary.

This feature should be expected! Everyone makes mistakes but adjusting $1200.00 instead of $120.00 should not be allowed especially when the system already knows what the total amount of the claim is and what the primary and secondary has paid and adjusted. I'll help you understand. Just ask me.
