When posting an insurance credit card payment into a claim it does not prompt you to run the card. Therefore you have to then run the card through the Dentrix pay module, and then make an adjustment on the account because the patient would then have a credit if you didn't. Not only the extra steps this takes, but it seems like it is making the ledger look very muddy.
