If we could select icons to alert our entire team it would be quicker than reading notes upon notes. For example, if we could select an image of a probe, we could attach this icon to all perio patients. Then when the patient is on the schedule, the probe icon would appear (like a medical alert, or note) to let everyone in the office know the patient is supposed to be scheduled for a periodontal appt. This should also be visible in the patient chart and family file- maybe after the name at the very top of each module?
