Customizing appointment book columns. Having the option to remove the provider color coded columns on the left if these are not useful for your office.

You can remove the left side columns by hitting "View" from the Appointment Book > click the "edit" button and on the lower right there is a check box that says "view provider columns," uncheck it and you're good to go.
