When printing the appointment book, it would be helpful if we had the option to ‘turn off’ the notes area to the left – they serve no purpose on a printed sheet – it only wastes space. There are several things that are shaded - unfilled appointments, closed times, etc. that would be great if we had the option to ‘turn off’ the color when printing… just check boxes would help. Since the appointment book is designed to be viewed on a wide screen, it would be great if it would print in landscape rather than scrunch at the top of a sheet.
The reason we print this in a ‘paperless’ office is to write notes. The unnecessary lines, shading and limited space make note-writing difficult.
