We are currently going chartless, and we are trying to make it easier for our staff to identify if a patient has private insurance or Medicaid by just a quick glance at the appointment book. Dentrix Rep. is currently saying all tabs are hard coded and does not have an option for change at this time. If we could customize a few of the drop-down tabs it would make our day go a little smoother.
