It would be useful to have some sort of quick button that would allow a note that was just written to be transferred to the office journal. For example, if we note in a patient's appointment that they rescheduled, rather than having to copy, paste, and open the journal, if there was a shortcut button to send that note right to the office journal that would save a lot of clicking and time.
