The ability to save and export user procedure buttons would be helpful. We have had an issue at times where these buttons disappear and we are told there is no way to recover them. In addition to saving to reload it would be nice to save so they can be hygienists and doctors can take them to different sites as at times they work with multiple practices.

I agree this is so frustrating! You can spend hours making / perfecting your buttons set just for it to be accidentally deleted!
This absolutely needs to happen. We had an update and i had to spend 2 hours to re-organize and redo all the buttons our office uses. could take about 5 seconds if i could have it imported.
