We are continuously interrupted throughout the day. If you have a window open, say a patient's chart you are working on then there's a phone call - leave that patient to look up the answers for the phone call.... Make a note... someone walks in - take care of them... make a note..... phone rings..... etc...... Who was I working on a few minutes ago? If I had a back button, I could click a few times and see where I was - then continue on with my tasks. Just a simple back button like a web browser. We need this on all the modules within Dentrix.
