In the previous power pay our patients signed the credit card receipts on the epad and they posted directly to the document center. Now that options has been removed in Dentrix pay and we have to have the patient sign on the epad and print the receipt and then we have to scan it manually into the document center. This is a huge incovenience for busy staff and very inefficient if you are trying to be a paperless office. The option is there to select send receipt to document center, but it does not send the receipt or automatically upload it to the document center even when this option is checked
