Currently, there are no terminal options for Dentrix Pay that have receipt tape. Instead, using Dentrix Pay requires you to print client receipts for office and patient records on a printer. This is wasteful of both printer ink and paper. It is also cumbersome to keep up with full sheets of paper instead of receipt tape receipts. If I had known this ahead of time, I would not have switched to Dentrix Pay. I was told the new terminal would operate just like the former terminal we were using.
