The limitations of Dentalink are the inability to contact certain groups. At this time it is either one person or the whole office. Id like to write a message to the front staff from the doctor without having to get up and go tell them.
Also, saving the history of the chat is important. If someone from the front sends me a message to call a patient or send an Rx, and I have to close the dentalink because it malfunctioned or accidentally closed it, then I lose that conversation at my workstation and the "ball gets dropped" on the patients request.
