Prefill ALL of the information on the paper version of the Patient Update in Letters. This would include health history, allergies, medications, Subscriber Name, Subscriber email, Subscriber Employer, Single/Married/Dependent/etc, Medical Doctor's Name and Phone, ICE & Relationship, Preferred Pharmacy and anything else that can be included.
Many patients ask why we don't already have their information from previous updates and they don't want to redo their forms (especially older patients). This would save patients and the front desk a lot of time because pts could "cross out" or "add" updated or new information much faster.
