A walkout/appointment card that lists ALL the appointment a person has, not just the next one by date. it should also include the ability to print out what procedures were done that visit with their payment, not the entire patient ledger or a statement that has confusing insurance information on it.

I would also like to see an option to customize walkout statements, specifically the bottom section with scheduled appointments. Including a column for the fee for each scheduled visit would eliminate the need to print a Tx Planner (the date column can easily be made into short format and reduced in size to make room for a fee column). We try to be as transparent as possible about cost of dental procedures but we find that patients are often surprised by it (even if it's a simple filling) and especially if they have no insurance.

Would be nice to go back into history and print a walkout for that date, rather than a ledger with everything on it.

I agree...would be great/efficient for patient to have all information for flex accounts on one receipt/ledger.

We use the ledger for tracking things like pt's being late or kept waiting and then print reports at the end of the month. We really would like to print out a walkout statement that DOES NOT have these procedure codes or descriptions on it. We do still need to be able to print out a report that tracks the number of times used each month per doctor and support has not found another way to do this that is feasible with our patient load.

We have had several patients complain that when they turn in the walkout for reimbursement, there is no date of service on the form and it is required before they can collect repayment. So a patient ledger is printed and given along with the walkout.

In the future appointment section, sort upcoming appts by: 1. date first and then 2. time. This is confusing if upcoming appts are on the same date for the same patient. We've noticed that the later appt time can show up on the list before the earlier appt time. Confusing and easy for pt to show up for the 2nd appt time that day.

Instead of printing out a walk out statement that has the insurance fee on it (from the ledger). We would like to see a walk out statement with our office fee's on it. And when you look done at the bottom where it calculates the dental ins. est. The dental ins. est would take into consideration what insurance fee was attached in the family file to reflect on the patient's walk out. It's like having your office fee on the treatment plan along with what the insurance fee would be if you were in network a insurance company. Don't want to change the fee in the ledger for what the insurance is going to pay when a patients family file has a insurance fee attached to it. It's charging out to the insurance what you know they will pay which will reflect on the patient's ledger but when you send it off to the insurance company it goes off with your office fees. It's setting up your claims to go out with DX2012F (for office fees) rather then DX2012 (would only go out with what is in the ledger for the insurance fees)

where the appointment information is on the walkout statement, we would like to see a message for patients to contact us if they have to cancel or reschedule their appointment with 48 hours notice.

Insurance estimate for patient payment due on walk-outs is never correct for their insurance. Would like to just remove that part, since it gets confusing for a patient.

The patient walk out print options need some major customization options. I want to provide a patient with multiple appointments, not just the next appointment. I would like to have it for just one patient, and not for the patient family, like in the "family appointment list" (why must it be grouped into a family appointment list, why can't it just be an appointment list for just that patient). I also would like to have the estimated fees for the patients next couple of visits and break it down by appointment or procedure, but not have the balance information or insurance information on the print out.

The patient walkout receipt lists multiple family members' information if they are seen on the same day and are on the same acct. This is a concern if one family member, say the wife, was seen in the morning and the husband in the afternoon, with one not wanting the other to know their info. The walkout should only contain one patient's services/payment,etc. and next appt information. This seems to be a privacy concern since some family members don't want others knowing what they've had done, are going to have done, or their next appts. Help!

Allow individual offices to customize their own walk out statements. There are to many charges broken down into categories ie.. prior balance, current credits, current charges, new balance, Dental Ins, Please Pay. Patients are very confused when trying to decipher them.

Would like an option to only print next appointment for patient, and not entire family on Walk Out statement.
