Being able to put in the downgrade code is wonderful, but many insurance companies will say they downgrade, but not give the code. Should be able to note that crowns, bridges, etc. downgrade, so can let the patient know and have a box to check that code unknown (ins will often not give the downgrade code unless do pre-TX estimate or send claim).
