Please make it so we can create our own Exceptions Template. We want to be able to customize what is included in the template and what is not - that way we don't have to add and delete lines every time we enter a new insurance - or delete the prewritten notes that do not apply to every insurance. The notes should be left blank.

I agree with your suggestion. In the meantime, consider using the option "Select Insurance Plan to Copy From" in the upper-right corner to pull in another exception table that may be closer to your liking.
