Right now, we have to manually enter in that the deductible for the patient has been met. I would like to see the system automatically register that the deductible has been met after claims are entered. This would ensure better accuracy when telling patients what they owe or their estimate for a future treatment. If someone forgets to add that the patient's deductible has been met, then we will collect more money than the patient actually owed.
