Many times the appointment book notes contain multiple conversations with the patient, guarantor or guardian. These notes are critical to preserving history of patient communication and of that particular appointment whether it has to do with the date/time/financial/medical/insurance/specialist correspondence/etc.... In a busy practice trying to monitor that each note is preserved by individual team members is time prohibitive. If this information is automatically saved to the office journal then the efficency and accuracy of historical information/communication of all practices is increased.
